Infant Heartburn

Most infants spit up once in awhile after eating, but if you would consider it frequent, this may be due to your child having Heartburn. Along with frequent vomiting, frequent or persisent coughing is also a symptom of infant Heartburn. As I have said before, Heartburn occurs when stomach acids move upward through the esophagus. Usually, Heartburn in infants is from the incoordination of the gastrointestinal tract, and the infant is otherwise in good health. Most babies will outgrow Heartburn, but it is still a good idea to have it checked by a doctor if you suspect somethings wrong.

heartburn expert On health problem like Acid Reflux Baby, I hope I am not getting off topic here but Gastroesophageal reflux disease, commonly referred to as GERD, or acid reflux, is a condition in which the liquid content of the stomach regurgitates (backs up, or refluxes) into the esophagus.I have suffered from this myself The liquid can inflame and damage the lining of the esophagus although this occurs in a minority of patients.Anyone who has also suffered from acid reflux knows the pain one feels.I have a site about this at Acid Reflux Baby. Anyway enjoyed your site will return soon.

Hello heartburn expert Just read your blog Infant Heartburn Acid reflux disease, also known as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease or GERD, afflicts millions of people. Many suffer from an occasional bout with heartburn, but acid reflux disease, as a diagnosis, should only be made if the heartburn causes impediments to your lifestyle due to severe, chronic discomfort over prolonged periods of time. Usually, if you suffer from heartburn 2 or more times per week for at least 12 weeks, there’s a good chance that your diagnosis would be GERD. Unfortunately, no one knows exactly what causes acid reflux disease, but there is an ample amount of information available at your doctor’s office and on the Internet.Want more info visit Acid Reflux Cause
